This mosque located in the old St. Mary’s Church stands at Platía Tillyrías. The church was partly destroyed in the XVIth century by the Ottoman army, in the past it was the part of Augustian monastery. The temple is still open and used by the local people. It is also accessible for the visitor during the week. This place is really worth visiting especially because of its architecture and the opportunity to climb the minaret and see the city from its top.
